Check-in and check-out

Arrival from 3 pm
The key is in the lockbox next to the gate. You'll get the lockbox code on WhatsApp on the day.

Gate and alarm
The gate remote is on the keyring. The alarm isn't active — you can ignore the panel.

Departure by 11 am
Leave the key in the lockbox, close the windows and turn off the A/C. No need to wash anything.
House guide
How to turn on the air conditioning
The control is on the wall next to each bedroom door. Press ON, then MODE until the snowflake appears. It switches off on its own at 10 am for the filter cleaning.
Pool and barbecue
The pool is heated from 8 am to 10 pm. Charcoal is in the cabinet next to the barbecue; lighter in the drawer.
Rubbish and recycling
Collection Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Leave the bags in the bin by the gate the night before. Recycling goes in the blue bag.
TV and streaming
The living room TV has Netflix and YouTube already logged in. Please don't log out — the account is ours.
House rules
Quiet after 10 pm (the condo is strict about it). No parties. Small pets are welcome — just let us know in advance. Maximum 8 people.
